Join us for an orienteering adventure at Oak Flats, Tijeras, NM! Using the US Forest Service Oak Flat Picnic Site.

4 courses available (exact course lengths TBD):

• White (Short Beginner, ~2-3 km)
• Yellow (Beginner, ~3-4.5 km)
• Orange (Intermediate, ~4.5-6 km)
• Green (Advanced, ~6-8 km)

No experience need! Instruction is available!

Start anytime between 10am and 1pm.

Courses close at 3pm - Everyone MUST be off the course and checked back in at the finish by 3PM

Great fun for the whole family and a way to get outside and off trail.

A few course notes :

1. Please be prepared to go off trail. Dress accordingly for undergrowth, branches, cactus and everything else.

2. Please bring plenty of water as you will be racing through the open space and temperatures may be high. 

3. Sunscreen and hats!!!

4. Please RSVP (helps with map print count), but we generally have a few extra of each course.
